We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Operations Manager and Network Management Specialist to join our team at YourDOST, a leading B2B workplace wellness service provider. The Operations Manager will play a key role in optimizing the efficiency and effectiveness of our workplace wellness programs, ensuring seamless service delivery, and maintaining high standards of client satisfaction.


Responsibilities

Program Implementation

  • Oversee the end-to-end implementation of workplace wellness programs, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve program efficiency.


Client Onboarding

  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new clients, working closely with sales and account management teams.
  • Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize clients with program features, expectations, and key contacts.


Logistics & Coordination

  • Manage logistics, including scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination of wellness events, workshops, and activities.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of program components.


Quality Control

  • Establish and enforce quality control measures to ensure consistency and adherence to program standards.
  • Conduct periodic reviews and audits to identify areas for improvement.


Process Optimization

  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement streamlined workflows.
  • Conduct regular reviews of operational procedures to enhance efficiency.


Budget Management

  • Work closely with the finance team to develop and manage budgets for operations.
  • Monitor expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure financial targets are met.


Data Management

  • Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of program-related data.
  • Implement data-driven strategies for program enhancement and client satisfaction.


Client Communication

  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients regarding operational matters.
  • Provide regular updates on program status, key milestones, and performance metrics.


Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the wellness, healthcare, or service industry.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • 3+ years of experience in Operations management
