About the Role

As a Data Scientist Lead, you will be driving our data science initiatives, leading a team of talented

data scientists, and will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities,

develop strategies, and deliver solutions that enhance our business operations and decision-making

processes. You’ll work closely with a diverse group of people coming from both leading MNCs

such as McKinsey, BCG, KPMG, Deloitte, EY, and startups such as Paytm etc.to establish, nurture,

and grow business across categories & territories. This is an amazing opportunity to learn from an

What will you do What will you need

● Own and maintain data accuracy and

freshness for major products of the

company.

● Build data visualization dashboards to

help derive insights for the business

teams and improve overall monitoring

and efficiency of the teams.

● Lead a team of data scientists, providing

mentorship, coaching, and technical

guidance.

● Oversee the end-to-end delivery of data

science projects, ensuring they meet

quality standards and timelines.

● Ensure compliance with data privacy

regulations and ethical standards in data

science practices.

● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science,

Mathematics, Statistics, Physics,

Engineering, or a related discipline is

required.

● 7-10 years of relevant work experience

in Programming languages, Machine

Learning, Data Manipulation,

Visualization.

● Understanding of data warehouses like

Big query, Snowflake etc. and data

visualization platforms like Tableau,

Power Bi, Google Looker Studio etc.

● Proficient in programming languages like

Python or R, expertise in statistical

analysis and machine learning

techniques.

● Experience with tools and libraries for

data manipulation and analysis, such as

Pandas, NumPy, or SQL for database

querying.

● Strong verbal communication and

listening skills.
