Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled VTL-HBM Operator with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our team at Alacer Consulting Services Private Limited. As a VTL-HBM Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining Vertical Turret Lathe (VTL) and Horizontal Boring Mill (HBM) machines. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• 4 to 6 years of experience operating VTL and HBM machines
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong knowledge of machining processes and tools
• Familiarity with computer numerical control (CNC) systems
• Ability to perform routine maintenance on machines
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Attention to detail and quality-oriented mindset
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Set up and operate VTL and HBM machines according to job specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders
• Choose appropriate tools, fixtures, and materials for each job
• Adjust machine settings to ensure proper performance and quality of finished products
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
• Perform routine maintenance on machines
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production processes
