Job Overview

We are currently seeking a Quality Inspector to join our team at Alacer Consulting Services Private Limited. As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products and services meet the highest standards of quality. This is a full-time position located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in quality inspection
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance and control principles
• Familiarity with quality management systems and processes
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Certification in quality management or related field is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct quality inspections of products, materials, and processes to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Perform visual inspections, measurements, and tests to identify deviations or defects
• Document and report inspection results and provide recommendations for corrective actions
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve quality issues and improve overall quality performance
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify the underlying causes of quality issues and implement preventive measures
• Participate in the development and implementation of quality control systems and procedures
• Train and educate employees on quality control processes and procedures
• Stay updated with industry trends and developments in quality control practices and technologies
