Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mechanical Maintenance CNC to join our team at Alacer Consulting Services Private Limited. As a Mechanical Maintenance CNC, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of CNC machines. This is a full-time position located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, specifically with CNC machines.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 4 to 6 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably with CNC machines.
• Strong knowledge of CNC machine operations and maintenance procedures.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving mechanical issues.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Good understanding of safety protocols and regulations in a manufacturing environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform routine mechanical maintenance tasks on CNC machines, including inspection, lubrication, and replacement of parts.
• Conduct regular preventive maintenance to ensure the optimal performance of CNC machines.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues in CNC machines and implement appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth operations and minimize downtime.
