We are seeking a skilled and experienced Customer Relationship Executive to join our team at Alacer Consulting Services Private Limited. As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. Qualifications and Skills
- Junior: 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar customer service or sales role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for providing exceptional service
- Experience in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in English is mandatory, knowledge of additional languages is a plus
Roles and Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing excellent customer service
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and efficient manner
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase revenue from existing clients
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the smooth and successful delivery of services
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients to showcase the value and benefits of our services
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to provide accurate and relevant information to clients
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Maintain records of client interactions, transactions, and complaints for future reference
- Conduct regular client satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback to continuously improve our services
