Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Operator for a full-time, mid-level position located in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years to a maximum of 6 years of relevant work experience. The role involves operating and programming CNC machines to produce precise components while ensuring the highest level of quality.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in CNC Programming, turning, and CNC Mill (Mandatory skill)
• Experience in machine operation, including setup and maintenance of CNC machines
• Extensive knowledge of tooling and fixture selection to optimize machining processes
• Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve machinery issues effectively
• Exceptional attention to detail to ensure precision in all aspects of machining
• Experience in quality control measures to maintain high standards in production
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately
• Commitment to adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean work environment

Roles and Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and program CNC machines to perform various machining operations
• Inspect and measure finished products to ensure compliance with specifications
• Adjust machine settings to improve production efficiency and quality of outputs
• Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC machines to prevent downtime
• Collaborate with engineers and other team members to optimize machining processes
• Maintain accurate production logs and documentation for quality assurance purposes
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and other team members to coordinate workflows
