Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Mid-Level CNC Programmer to join our team in Hyderabad. As a CNC Programmer, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing CNC programs for our diverse range of projects. This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 4 years to a maximum of 6 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate should have ample experience in CNC programming and operations.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience of 4-6 years in CNC programming, focusing on 3-axis machining.
• Proficiency in using Power Mill or similar CAM software for creating CNC programs.
• Strong understanding of G-code and M-code programming techniques.
• Hands-on experience as a CNC Operator, capable of setting up and operating CNC machines.
• Ability to optimize CNC programs to enhance productivity and ensure quality output.
• Solid knowledge of material properties and machining parameters for various materials.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail to ensure precision and accuracy.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with engineers and operators.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and optimize CNC programs for 3-axis machining operations using CAM software.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to determine machining requirements.
• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts as per specifications.
• Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC machinery to ensure efficient operation.
• Adapt and adjust programs for various types of materials and machining processes.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to refine and improve machining processes.
• Ensure all safety protocols and quality standards are adhered to during machining operations.
• Keep accurate records of machining activities, program modifications, and outputs for future reference.
