Job Overview


We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accounts professional to join our team at Alacer Consulting Services Private Limited. As a Senior Accounts, you will be responsible for managing all financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and monitoring company budgets. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 7-10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the HR services industry
  • Extensive knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures
  • Proficiency in using Tally ERP and other accounting software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other relevant tax laws and regulations
  • Prior experience in bookkeeping and financial analysis


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Manage all aspects of the company's financial transactions and ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data
  • Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for improvement or cost-saving opportunities
  • Monitor company budgets and financial performance, and provide regular updates to the management team
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate payment processing and invoicing
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and tax laws
  • Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors in financial records
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting principles and industry trends
  • Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff as needed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve overall efficiency
