Job Description: 

·        Conducting end-to-end recruitment processes for non-IT positions.

·        Sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, etc.

·        Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.

·        Coordinating interviews between candidates and clients, and facilitating the selection process.

·        Managing candidate relationships and providing support throughout the hiring process.

·        Collaborating with clients to understand their staffing requirements and providing tailored recruitment solutions.

·        Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the database.

·        Providing timely updates and reports to management on recruitment activities and progress.

·        Keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Criteria -

·        Looking for Ahmedabad location only.

·        Minimum of 1 year experience in non-IT recruitment.

·        Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in diverse roles.

·        Strong understanding of the recruitment process and techniques.

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·        Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

·        Good organizational and time-management abilities.

Salary & Other Perks:

1.      Salary based upon Experience and Skills

2.      Office Timings :- 10:00 AM - 07:00 PM

3.      Working Days :- Monday to Saturday

4.      Sunday Holiday & Other Indian Govt. Holidays & Leaves by the company.
