We are looking a position for Operation manager – overseas Non-IT for our company Al-Ashar Services Private Limited, Ahmedabad Location.

Job Descriptions –

-Candidates should have minimum experience of 5+ Years in Non-IT Overseas.

-Candidates should have experience into Recruitment, Visa Process, Documentations, Wakala, Mofa, and GAMKA.

-Candidates should have good experience into team handling, MIS management & daily reports.  

-Candidates should have experience into client co-ordination, mailing, drafting, follow-ups from the clients for recruitment drives.

-Candidates should have experience into trade center organize client management, drive management & team recruitment target for monthly basis or project wise.

-Candidates will have to make bridge between candidates & client for create interview/lobby for online interview as per client schedules.

-Candidates will have to co-ordinate with the foreign associates (existing manpower agencies & direct clients) for getting daily updates on the requirement/demands as per country wise.

-Candidates will have co-ordinate with the client for trade dates, organize the calendar as per clients asked for & need to manage end to end drive for trade as per date wise.

-Candidates will have co-ordinate with visa & ticketing agents for booking tickets for departure candidates as per sent list by the team of selected and offered and visa approved candidates.

-Candidates should have experience into for local travelling for trade organizes end to end process.

-Candidates will have to made smooth coordination bridge between clients & candidates, team & team leads, recruiters & Sr. recruiters, company & foreign manpower agencies.

-Candidates will have to gaze timely offer from the client side of shortlisted candidates and after offered need to send them for medical process then visa process and ticketing so that departure can be done on time as per the client requirements.

-Candidates should have good experience into Wakala, Mofa, Gamka & other online process as required for visa process as per country wise.

-Candidates will have to travel for trade, interview, client coordination & management.

-Candidates should have knowledge for demand creation on license with the clients support.

-Candidates should have keen knowledge about the technical & non-technical position for Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, OMAN, Bahrain & Qatar.

-Candidates should have knowledge about the visa documentation end to end process.


Criteria –

-Candidates should have minimum graduate from any streams or HR background or any business studies with minimum 3-5 years of experience into Non-IT recruitment field.

-Age between 25-35 years.

-Candidates should have good experience into traveling for trade or other interview drives with team handling or leadership quality.

-Looking for Ahmedabad location only.


Salary & Other perks –

-Salary from 4.00 to 6.00 LPA + Incentives + medical allowance.

-Travelling Allowance from company.  

-If candidates from outside of the Ahmedabad, company can provide single PG Facility.

-Office timings are 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM.

-Working days – Monday to Saturday.

-Sunday holiday & other Govt. holiday & leaves by the company.
