Job Description:
We are seeking a Junior Recruiter to join our team at Al-Ashar Services Private Limited in Ahmedabad. As a Junior Recruiter, you will play a key role in supporting our recruitment efforts to find the best talent for our organization. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for recruitment and talent acquisition.
Responsibilities:
1. Source potential candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
2. Review and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
3. Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and fit for specific roles.
4. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
5. Assist in the coordination of recruitment events, job fairs, and campus recruitment activities.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
7. Assist in drafting job descriptions and job postings for open positions.
8. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and priorities.
9. Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed, including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence.
10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
2. Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition preferred.
3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
5. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) preferred.
7. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
8. Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
9. Previous experience in the staffing industry or recruitment agency is a plus.
