Job Description:

We are seeking an Operations Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Non-IT Overseas roles. The ideal candidate will have expertise in recruitment, visa processes, documentation, and team management.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Oversee recruitment, visa processes, documentations, and other related tasks.

Manage team operations, MIS, and daily reporting.

Coordinate with clients for recruitment drives, client communication, and follow-ups.

Organize trade center events, manage client relationships, and meet monthly recruitment targets.

Facilitate communication between candidates, clients, and the internal team.

Coordinate with foreign associates for daily updates on manpower requirements.

Arrange and manage end-to-end recruitment drives, including client coordination and calendar organization.

Liaise with visa and ticketing agents for candidate travel arrangements.

Handle local travel for trade events and interviews.

Assist in demand creation on licenses with client support.

Demonstrate knowledge of technical and non-technical positions in Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, and Qatar.

Ensure thorough knowledge of end-to-end visa documentation processes.

Criteria:

Minimum graduate with 3-5 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment.

Age between 25-35 years.

Experience in trade travel and team leadership.

Location: Ahmedabad.

Salary & Perks:

Salary: 4.00 to 6.00 LPA + Incentives + Medical Allowance.

Travelling Allowance provided.

Single PG Facility for candidates from outside Ahmedabad.

Office Timings: 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM (Monday to Saturday).

Sundays and Government holidays as company holidays.
