Minimum Experience – 1 year (IT Hiring ) * Freshers with Good communication Skills and Willing to learn are also welcome

Qualification – MBA (HR)

Key Responsibilities –

· End-to-End recruitment

· Develop and update job descriptions

· Recruit candidates from relevant sources eg. Job portals, Campus recruitments, Head hunting etc.

· Screen candidates resumes and job applications

· Co-ordinate for the line ups.

· Complete the joining formalities.

· Maintain and develop recruitment database.

· Preparing offer letter

· Other HR and Admin related activities such as INDUCTION, ONBOARDING, APPRAISAL ETC.

Skills :

Excellent Communication, Presentation, Networking & Negotiation skills.

Experience in IT HIRING .

Must have laptop & good internet connectivity at home as work is hybrid
