Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

As a highly valued member of the technical solutions team, you will be the primary technical point of contact ensuring seamless delivery of integrations from inception to go-live.

Job Requirements

Knowledge, Skills -

5 years of experience in EDI and API integration development

Integrate data from diverse source and target formats.

- Develop and maintain integrations using Integration tools.

- Proficiency in handling data formats such as XML, JSON, EDIFACT, X12, raw text files, EXCEL, CSV, and tagged separated files.

- Knowledge of EDI protocols including OFTP (2), FTP, SFTP, AS2, HTTP, HTTPS and communication methods

- Familiarity with SOAP and REST API designs - Proficiency in API sandbox - Demonstrate a strong understanding of mapping and integration tools

- Experience working with integration tools for integration workflows i.e Lobster_data, MuleSoft, Boomi, Cleo Integration Cloud, Jitterbit Harmony etc.

- Managing and monitoring of integrations to ensure performance.

- Troubleshoot integration issues effectively. - Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders via email and other communication channels.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment. - Hands on experience with low-code to no-code tools (Microsoft Power Platform and Azure)

- Knowledge of producing comprehensive supporting documentation i.e. requirements, standard document format, translation and mapping, preferred communication method and communication network to send and receive documents

Desirable Knowledge, Skills -

Familiarity with Cargowise XML (XUS/XUE/XUT) is advantageous.

- Experience with Altova Mapforce is advantageous.

- Experience withing Freight Forwarding Industry.

- Experience with building integrations EDI / API with 3rd parties such as Project44, Inttra, Gravity, E2Open, Wakeo etc.
