Service advisor must have a good communication and he have to update the vehicle details to customer and the status of the vehicle. Estimation, finding the issue, get the approval from the customer, coordinate with surveyor. Get the approval from the Insurance. Body shop conversion. etc.

Close the job cards within the time frame. give the proper commitment to the customer.

Qualification: Diploma / Degree / BE

Experience: 4 to 6 years relevant field only (Don't apply if you are not worked in automobile Industries)
