Responsibilities:

As a Business Development Executive - Caller, you will be a key contributor to our growth strategy. Your responsibilities will Includes:


Outbound Engagement:

·        Initiate outbound calls to potential clients, introducing them to our products/services.

·        Craft compelling messages to effectively communicate our value proposition.

·        Lead Generation:

·        Proactively identify and qualify leads through strategic calling campaigns.

·        Document key information about prospects, ensuring accurate data in our CRM system.


Client Interaction:

·        Engage with clients to understand their needs, provide information, and address queries.

·        Build and nurture client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.

Product Expertise:

·        Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products/services for effective communication.

·        Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics.

Collaboration with Sales Team:

·        Work closely with the sales team to schedule appointments and facilitate seamless handovers.

·        Provide valuable pre-sales support to enhance the overall sales process.

Reporting and Analysis:

·        Maintain meticulous records of calls, interactions, and leads.

·        Generate regular reports on call outcomes, lead conversion rates, and other relevant metrics.


Qualifications:

·        Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.

·        Proven experience in outbound calling or telesales.

·        Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

·        Goal-oriented mindset with a strong drive for achieving targets.

·        Familiarity with CRM systems and a basic understanding of sales processes.
