Responsibilities:<ul><li>Greeting and welcoming visitors to the office during office hours and informing the relevant member of the team about their arrival.</li><li>Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.</li><li>Should be responsible for calling, handling reception calls, filing work , attendance and other administrative work</li><li>Maintaining good communication while interacting with people and receiving calls.</li><li>Manage distribution of documents, if any, received from visitors.</li><li>Client relationship management.</li><li>Meeting room management.</li><li>Manage travel and accommodation booking and related queries.</li><li>Basic knowledge of MS word and excel.</li><li>Managing housekeeping and security personnel activities.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Female candidate</li><li>Good Communications Skills</li><li>Smart, Pleasing Personality , well dressed, presentable.</li><li>Polite and well-mannered .</li><li>Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Ms Word, Ms Excel.</li></ul>
