Job Overview


We are looking for a Business Development Associate to join our team at Akadex. As a Business Development Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and promoting our products and services. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-driven individual with a passion for sales and a desire to contribute to the field of education technology.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Fresher: Less than 1 year years of experience in sales or business development
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with a passion for sales
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
  • Knowledge of the education technology industry is a plus


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Identify new business opportunities by researching and analyzing market trends and industry developments
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through regular communication and meetings
  • Present and promote Akadex's products and services to prospective clients
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients to achieve sales targets
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve Akadex's products and services based on client interactions
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to network with key stakeholders and generate leads
