·        Qualifications

o   Background in information technology, computer science, web design or information systems

o   Exposure to SDLC, UI/UX, BA/BPM tools & techniques, Business/Sales cycle is preferred.

o   Requirement Extraction and Documentation

o   Application Lifecycle Management

o   Cross-functional coordination

o   Vendor management

o   Project Management

o   Documentation mgmt.& MIS

·        Specific Experience

o   6-8 years of Total experience with 4+ years of relevant experience in BA & PM.

o   Expertise in SCM tools

o   Excellent written and verbal skills, high attention to detail

o   Preferable experience in Business process mapping tools, e.g., Visio, Flow.io, etc.

o   Exposure to digital across front end i.e., channels, influencers, and customers.

o   Have an innovative and disruptive mindset, constantly looking forward.

o   Should be passionate to drive change, and be comfortable in dealing with ambiguous situations
