Ajanta Bottle Pvt. Ltd. is a dynamic and growing company specializing in Glass Bottle Packaging Solutions. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive to join our team. This role combines inside sales with fieldwork, allowing you to engage with clients both remotely and in person.
Responsibilties:
-Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and social media.
-Client Meetings: Schedule and conduct meetings; attend industry events.
-Sales Presentations: Deliver engaging presentations on product benefits.
-Relationship Management: Build and maintain client relationships for satisfaction and loyalty.
-Sales Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet targets.
-Market Research: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities for new opportunities.
-Collaboration: Align strategies with sales, marketing, and product development teams.
-Reporting: Keep accurate records of sales activities and pipeline status.
-Product Knowledge: Stay updated on products and B2B market needs.
Qualifications:
-Experience: Prior experience in B2B sales is preferred, but we welcome freshers with a passion for sales and eagerness to learn.
-Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
-Self-Motivated: Energetic and enthusiastic, with a proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
