Qualifications and Skills
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the packaging or glass industry (Mandatory skill).
- Strong negotiation skills to effectively interact with clients and close deals.

- Ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies that align with company goals.
- Customer relationship management skills to maintain long-term business partnerships.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve individual and company targets.
- Maintain and strengthen customer relationships through regular contact and excellent service.
- Identify and expand upon opportunities to increase sales with existing and new clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment on sales campaigns and promotions.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management on a regular basis.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitors to effectively position our products in the market.
- Ensure complete customer satisfaction by understanding needs and addressing any concerns effectively.
- Visit clients, conduct meetings, and make presentations tailored to customer needs and preferences.
