Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team at Ajanta Bottle Pvt. Ltd., headquartered in Delhi. This full-time position requires a driven individual with a proven track record in sales and a thorough understanding of our industry. The ideal candidate will excel in fostering customer relationships while driving business growth.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the packaging or glass industry (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong negotiation skills to effectively interact with clients and close deals.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to eloquently present ideas and solutions.
  • Ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies that align with company goals.
  • Customer relationship management skills to maintain long-term business partnerships.
  • Thorough product knowledge to effectively serve current and potential clients.
  • Demonstrated closing skills to convert leads into successful sales.
  • Strong time management skills for prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines efficiently.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve individual and company targets.
  • Maintain and strengthen customer relationships through regular contact and excellent service.
  • Identify and expand upon opportunities to increase sales with existing and new clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment on sales campaigns and promotions.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management on a regular basis.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitors to effectively position our products in the market.
  • Ensure complete customer satisfaction by understanding needs and addressing any concerns effectively.
  • Visit clients, conduct meetings, and make presentations tailored to customer needs and preferences.
