  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple recruits simultaneously without compromising quality.
  • Capable of maintaining confidentiality and sensitivity in handling personal and sensitive candidate information.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent in a multi-site organization.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment efforts, ensuring high-quality candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Conduct comprehensive interviews, by telephone or in-person, to evaluate candidate qualifications.
  • Collaborate with department managers to forecast hiring needs and define job requirements.
  • Utilize innovative sourcing methods to attract passive candidates and build the talent pipeline.
  • Maintain and update recruitment database systems and ensure data accuracy.
  • Act as a liaison between candidates and hiring managers to facilitate a smooth hiring process.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry standards, market trends, and competitors in the recruitment field.
