Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent in a multi-site organization.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment efforts, ensuring high-quality candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
- Conduct comprehensive interviews, by telephone or in-person, to evaluate candidate qualifications.
- Collaborate with department managers to forecast hiring needs and define job requirements.
- Utilize innovative sourcing methods to attract passive candidates and build the talent pipeline.
- Maintain and update recruitment database systems and ensure data accuracy.
- Act as a liaison between candidates and hiring managers to facilitate a smooth hiring process.
- Stay up-to-date with industry standards, market trends, and competitors in the recruitment field.
