We are seeking a motivated Junior HR Recruiter to join our full-time team at our Gurgaon location. The ideal candidate will have between 1 to 3 years of work experience in recruitment, focusing on selecting, interviewing, and screening potential candidates. This role involves working closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and ensuring a strong candidate fit.
Qualifications and Skills
- Prior experience of 1 to 3 years in recruitment processes, gaining exposure to a variety of roles.
- Proficiency in sourcing though various channels and talent acquisition for a diverse range of positions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with candidates and stakeholders effectively.
- Strong negotiation skills to facilitate seamless discussions with candidates regarding offers and expectations.
- Ability to screen and interview candidates efficiently to assess competencies and cultural fit. (Mandatory skill)
- Familiarity with HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance during the recruitment process.
- Recruitment experience with proven ability to meet and exceed hiring targets. (Mandatory skill)
- Track record in developing and utilizing candidate screening techniques to shortlist suitable applicants. (Mandatory skill)
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, from understanding job descriptions to selecting candidates for various roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop candidate profiles.
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Screen resumes, evaluate applicant eligibility, and conduct interviews to shortlist potential candidates.
- Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, delivering a positive candidate experience.
- Negotiate offers and employment terms with candidates, ensuring mutual satisfaction and alignment.
- Stay up-to-date with HR practices and market trends to refine recruitment processes and techniques.
- Continuously build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market and networking research.
