Job Posting and Sourcing
- Assisting in creating and posting job descriptions on job boards, social media, and company websites.
- Researching and identifying potential candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools.
- Screening resumes to identify potential fits for job openings.
2. Candidate Screening
- Conducting initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, interest, and cultural fit.
- Scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Assisting with skills testing or other pre-interview assessments.
3. Interview Coordination
- Coordinating interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Sending interview confirmations, instructions, and necessary details to candidates.
- Collecting feedback from interviewers and helping in the evaluation process.
4. Candidate Communication
- Maintaining communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, including updates on application status and next steps.
- Assisting in preparing job offer letters and rejection emails.
- Assisting with onboarding procedures for new hires once a candidate is selected.
5. Database Management
- Maintaining and updating candidate information in HR software or applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Assisting with organizing candidate resumes, interview feedback, and hiring records.
- Generating reports on recruitment activity or performance metrics as needed.
