Job Posting and Sourcing

  • Assisting in creating and posting job descriptions on job boards, social media, and company websites.
  • Researching and identifying potential candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools.
  • Screening resumes to identify potential fits for job openings.

2. Candidate Screening

  • Conducting initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, interest, and cultural fit.
  • Scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Assisting with skills testing or other pre-interview assessments.

3. Interview Coordination

  • Coordinating interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Sending interview confirmations, instructions, and necessary details to candidates.
  • Collecting feedback from interviewers and helping in the evaluation process.

4. Candidate Communication

  • Maintaining communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, including updates on application status and next steps.
  • Assisting in preparing job offer letters and rejection emails.
  • Assisting with onboarding procedures for new hires once a candidate is selected.

5. Database Management

  • Maintaining and updating candidate information in HR software or applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Assisting with organizing candidate resumes, interview feedback, and hiring records.
  • Generating reports on recruitment activity or performance metrics as needed.
