Job Title: US IT Recruiter

Experience Required: 1 to 3 years of experience

Location: Pune

Responsibilities:

·       Looking for a 3+ years' experience candidate in US IT Recruitment.

·       Experience as a Technical recruiter in US staffing

·       Should have working experience on portal like Monster, LinkedIn, Dice etc..

·       Responsible for screening candidates to ensure their qualifications meet job requirements.

·       Present job opportunities to qualified candidates.

·       Prepare resumes for presentation to clients.

·       Coach candidates through the client interview process.

·       Develop, build, and maintain relationships with candidates and consultants.

·       Must be able to demonstrate excellent sales, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

·       Make proactive calls to build relationship and grow the internal database of cleared candidates.

·       Obtain leads and referrals

·       Willing to work in Night Shift (USA TIME ZONE)

·       Understanding the Job Description shared by the client.

·       Responsible for end-to-end handling IT requirements from US-based clients.

·       Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: Sourcing the candidates, screening them, Interview coordination, rate negotiation and hand-holding all the way till closure

·       Validation of Resumes for experience and verification of work status

·       Understanding of various visa status and Tax Terms (C2C, C2H, W2, 1099, Permanent).

Required Candidate profile

·       3 - 5 years of experience as a US Recruiter for US market from India.

·       Sound knowledge of IT concepts and latest trends.

·       Excellent knowledge of Internet-based recruiting tools (i.e. Monster, DICE, Hot Jobs, CB etc.).

·       Making job postings on the Job Portal.

·       Should be able to work on W2, 1099, C2C requirement.

·       Maintaining Database on the Daily basis.

·       Achieving Daily Submittal Targets and maintaining good submittal to Interview/Placement ratio.

·       Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

·       Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

·       Ready to work in US time zone (EST)

·       Hands on experience on ATS will be an added advantage.
