Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficient in implementing applicant tracking systems to streamline the recruitment process and manage candidate databases effectively.
  • Strong expertise in boolean search techniques to source and identify potential candidates from various platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with candidate relationship management systems to nurture talent pipelines and maintain candidate engagement.
  • Solid understanding of diversity and inclusion strategies to promote a diverse workplace environment and drive inclusive hiring.
  • Skilled in conducting effective interviewing techniques to accurately assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role.
  • Data-Driven Recruiting (Mandatory skill): Ability to analyze recruitment data and utilize insights to improve hiring strategies.
  • Employer Branding (Mandatory skill): Experience in enhancing the company's brand to attract and engage prospective candidates.
  • Social Media Recruiting (Mandatory skill): Expertise in leveraging social media platforms to source and attract top industry talent.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent and support the company's growth objectives.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for various positions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions and specifications.
  • Utilize data-driven approaches to assess recruitment metrics and identify areas for improvement in the hiring process.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system and candidate databases to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Promote the company’s employer brand and enhance its visibility through social media and professional networks.
  • Foster strong relationships with candidates and maintain an active pipeline of potential hires for future opportunities.
  • Implement and promote diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process to ensure a diverse candidate pool.
