Job Overview

We are seeking a Mid-Level RTL Design Lead to join our full-time team in Bengaluru. This key role involves overseeing the design and implementation of RTL code, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance with project requirements. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in Verilog, RTL synthesis, and timing closure to deliver exceptional results.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficient in Verilog (Mandatory skill) for designing and simulating digital circuits.
  • Experienced in RTL synthesis (Mandatory skill) for producing optimal hardware implementations from circuit descriptions.
  • Skilled in achieving timing closure (Mandatory skill) to ensure meeting performance targets of digital designs.
  • Knowledge of VHDL for designing digital and mixed signal circuits efficiently.
  • Experience in ASIC design, including understanding complex IC design flows and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in FPGA Design, applying debug techniques to validate designs on hardware.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages such as Tcl and Perl for automating design processes.
  • Experience in design verification to ensure accuracy and reliability of digital designs.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead the RTL design efforts to create high-quality digital circuit designs for semiconductors.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and specifications.
  • Develop Verilog-based RTL code that meets design specifications.
  • Perform synthesis and achieve timing closure for projects ensuring seamless integration.
  • Collaborate on ASIC design tasks to deliver high-performance semiconductor products.
  • Implement FPGA prototyping designs and perform hardware validation.
  • Create automation scripts to enhance design workflows and efficiency.
  • Contribute to design verification, identifying and resolving design issues.
