Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced Analog SerDes Lead to join our team at Applied Intelligence Semiconductors Pvt Ltd. This is a full-time senior-level position based in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have expertise in analog and mixed-signal design with a specific focus on high-speed SerDes circuits. This role requires the ability to lead projects, work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and drive innovative solutions for complex design challenges.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in high-speed circuit design, signal integrity analysis, and knowledge of TSMC 16nm/7nm technology which are mandatory skills for this role.
• Proficiency in Cadence Virtuoso for integrated circuit design to create schematic and layout designs with precision.
• Hands-on experience with Spectre Simulation to perform an accurate and comprehensive analysis of analog circuits.
• Expertise in IBIS AMI modeling to ensure the accurate representation and simulation of input and output buffers.
• Strong skills in DC analysis to evaluate the steady-state behavior of electronic circuits under constant operating conditions.
• Experience in Verilog-A modeling for analog behavioral modeling of circuits and systems.
• Capability to lead and mentor a team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality analog designs on time.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a creative approach to developing cutting-edge solutions for design challenges.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of high-performance analog SerDes circuits from specification to production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including digital designers, layout engineers, and verification engineers, to ensure seamless integration.
• Conduct detailed signal integrity and circuit analysis, providing expert guidance and solutions for performance optimization.
• Mentor junior engineers, providing technical leadership and fostering a collaborative and innovation-driven work environment.
• Develop and execute test plans, ensuring thorough validation of design performance against specifications and industry standards.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in semiconductor technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance design efficiency and innovation.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance design workflows, methodologies, and documentation practices.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and present complex technical concepts in a clear and accessible manner.
