• Finding suitable candidates, utilizing various recruitment methods & strategies to include: head hunting & direct sourcing, net sourcing, employee referrals, third party relationships & job posting.
• Extensive industry analysis for searching candidates according to client requirements and preferences.
• Head Hunting candidates from listed target companies according to Industry Search.
• Responsible for generating database from various sources - internal HR Database, referrals, references and Multi-Search Engines.
• Extensive preliminary assessment of the candidates by- Conducting telephonic interviews.
• Gadding interest level of the candidate in the clients assignment by discussing the position, structure, organizational culture over the phone there by analyzing the organizational fit.
