Job Overview:
Flying Crews is looking for a dynamic Freshers and experienced HR Manager to lead our Human Resources department. This role is critical to maintaining a positive work environment, fostering employee development, and supporting the company’s growth. In addition to traditional HR responsibilities, the HR Manager will play a key role in managing our intern program and contributing to business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Management:
- Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and retention of employees.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company’s goals and legal requirements.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Conduct regular training and development sessions to enhance employee skills and productivity.
- Intern Program Management:
- Design and manage an effective intern program that aligns with Flying Crews’ strategic goals.
- Mentor and guide interns to ensure they gain valuable experience and contribute meaningfully to the company.
- Develop and assign tasks that are both insightful and educational, helping interns acquire new skills.
- Evaluate intern performance and provide feedback to help them grow in their careers.
- Business Development Support:
- Collaborate with senior management to identify and implement HR strategies that support business growth.
- Assist in creating and executing business plans, focusing on talent acquisition and development to meet business needs.
- Participate in branding and marketing efforts to enhance Flying Crews’ visibility in the job market.
- Analyze workforce trends and provide insights to help drive strategic decisions.
- Employee Engagement & Culture:
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
- Organize team-building activities and events to boost employee morale and engagement.
- Implement initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.
Qualifications:
- MBA in Human resources or experience with the relatable field
- 1+ years of experience in HR management, with a proven track record of success. Self Motivated Freshers may also Apply
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with HR software and tools for employee management and recruitment.
- Previous experience managing interns or junior staff is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge and experience of AI tools and ATS.
