Job Overview

The AiR Institute Of Realization is seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a NGO Fundraiser. As a NGO Fundraiser, you will play a crucial role in supporting our mission of helping people realize the truth. You will be responsible for raising funds for our non-profit organization to ensure the continuation of our programs and activities. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 1-3 years of experience in fundraising or related roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of fundraising techniques and strategies
• Experience with grant writing and grant management
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in using fundraising software and platforms

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement fundraising strategies to raise funds for the organization
• Research and identify potential donors and funding sources
• Build and maintain strong relationships with donors, sponsors, and funding agencies
• Organize and coordinate fundraising events and campaigns
• Write grant proposals and manage the grant application process
• Create and distribute fundraising materials, such as brochures and newsletters
• Track and report on fundraising progress and outcomes
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure the success of fundraising efforts
• Stay up-to-date with fundraising trends and best practices
