Job Overview

Lead marketing efforts at AiR Institute Of Realization, a global institute dedicated to helping people realize the truth. Full-Time position based in Bangalore with 51-200 employees. Senior role requiring 7-10 years of experience in marketing.

Qualifications and Skills

·        7-10 years of experience in Traditional and Digital Marketing roles

·        Proven track record in developing successful digital campaigns and ATL BTL activities

·        Strong understanding of SEO strategies and digital marketing tools

·        Experience in PR activities and managing online marketing initiatives

·        Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment

Roles and Responsibilities

·        Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the institute's mission and offerings

·        Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals to execute campaigns effectively

·        Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with overall objectives

·        Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust marketing strategies accordingly

·        Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives

·        Lead and manage marketing initiatives including traditional and digital campaigns, ATL BTL activities, PR activities, SEO strategies

·        Oversee online and offline marketing efforts to enhance brand visibility and reach a global audience

Hours of Working- 10 Hrs

Woff- 1Weekly off, 6 days working

Leaves- 12 CL/Year- No Public Holidays

Salary- Fixed salary with monthly performance based Incentives.
