Job Overview


We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Human Resource professional to join our team at AiR Institute Of Realization. As a Human Resource, you will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, managing employee relations, and developing and implementing HR strategies to support the company's goals. This is a senior-level position requiring 7 to 10 years of experience in HR management.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 7 to 10 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a senior role.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Experience in blue-collar hiring and bulk hiring.
  • Strong experience in end-to-end HR activities.
  • Ability to handle employee relations issues and conflicts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Kannada language.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Experience in non-IT recruitment is a plus.
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams.


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and policies to support the company's goals and objectives.
  • Manage employee relations, including handling grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Handle performance management and talent development initiatives.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Administer employee benefits and compensation programs.
  • Provide HR guidance and support to managers and employees.
  • Conduct training and development programs for employees.
  • Maintain HR records and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in HR management.
