Job Overview


We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Of Temple to join AiR Institute Of Realization in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. As the Chief Of Temple, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the temple and ensuring a seamless experience for visitors and devotees. This is a full-time position, and we are looking for candidates with at least 7 to 10 years of relevant experience.


Qualifications and Skills


  • A minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in temple management or a similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge of religious customs, rituals, and practices.
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills to effectively oversee temple operations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact with visitors, devotees, and staff.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
  • Proficiency in vendor management, negotiation, and budgeting.
  • Understanding of financial management principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Passion for spirituality and a deep understanding of the spiritual journey.


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Oversee the daily operations of the temple, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to religious practices.
  • Manage the temple staff and volunteers, providing guidance and training as required.
  • Coordinate and facilitate religious ceremonies, rituals, and events.
  • Ensure the temple premises are well-maintained and presentable at all times.
  • Interact with visitors and devotees, providing guidance, answering their queries, and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for temple-related requirements.
  • Manage temple finances, including budgeting, accounting, and donation tracking.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies to enhance the temple's reach and impact.
  • Stay updated with current trends and practices in temple management and religious activities.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to temple operations.
