 Role/Job Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Database Management on PAN India Level.

·        Manage the relationship with Job Portals as per SLA and explore better synergy.

·        Responsibility for full recruitment life cycle across all functions as per SOP.

·        To encourage the Employee Referral Scheme.

·        Ensure the formulation and implementation of a cost-effective Recruitment Plan.

·        Ensure that the Job Requisition Forms are completed for all positions sourced New/Replacements.

·        Sourcing candidates through Internal Job Postings.

·        Sourcing candidates across Recruitment Database, Job Portals, social media, Employee        Referrals, Job Fairs, Campus interviews etc.

·        Competency-based interviews either through VC/Telephone/In-Person interactions.

·        Offer Management including Negotiation, Reference Check, Background Verification, and Relationship Management.

·        Liaison with the HR Operations/Administration/IT/Learning & Development Team to ensure they are kept informed of all new hires and joining dates and respective inputs.

·        Execute the Onboarding process for the new Joinee.


Candidate Profile

               Graduation/Masters with 3-6 years of experience.

·        Excellent people management skills ability to manage multiple stakeholders

·        Good written, conversational and communication skills

·        Flair for engaging with people and developing relationships and ability to work in diverse teams.

·        Willingness to learn, self-motivated and capable of giving structure to unstructured work scenarios

·        Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

·        Age Limit 28-40 yrs.

·        Immediate /15 days’ notice period can be preferred.
