What will you do every day?


Define and own the core product’s strategic vision and own the long-term roadmap to ensure Client is a leader in the market


Build and drive product teams to execute on the roadmap in a scalable manner


Responsible for the end-to-end experience of Client's suite of products by overseeing the product’s requirements, design, messaging, pricing, reliability, and customer engagement.


Deeply understand your customer, their needs, the business landscape and product functionality


Drive strategic communications internally and externally to help align all stakeholders


Own the business metrics and map them to product OKRs


Work closely with leadership to understand the market landscape and prioritize problems to reach the business outcomes


Work closely with technical teams to ensure the end product reaches the intended outcomes


Hire and build a world class team of product and design managers to drive innovation


Requirements*


10+ years of experience in product management in Software as a Service (SaaS) products


Deep understanding of how to manage and build technical products


Entrepreneurial spirit with track record for delivering results in fast-moving environments


History of developing business strategy in conjunction with senior leadership


Experienced in overseeing roadmap strategy and alignment of stakeholders


Excellent written and verbal communication skills


Proven record of building, managing and sustaining end to end products


Superior analytical and problem-solving skills


Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product


Must already be in a Director, Product Management or an equivalent role.
