Position / Role: post of Executive-Customer Support / Customer Support Executive (CSE) in the Health-tech cum E-Commerce industry for Kolkata-based MNC (Group of Company)
Job Location: Kolkata (Dalhousie)
CTC: INR up to 16K PM (Negotiable)
Qualification: Any Graduate
Exp: Min 01-03 yrs as CSE or CCE in the healthcare industry (preferred)
Report to Manager-Operation & Commercial
COMPANY PROFILE:
The group company is registered with BSE & NSE; a manufacturer of Specialised Refractories and requisite Operating Systems for the Iron and Steel Industry
The company has a newly launched Healthcare organization; which means a young startup that has embraced best-in-class technology to widen healthcare accessibility and improve efficiency in healthcare delivery. Their aim is to affect information convergence in order to smoothen the availability of healthcare services in India.
They have built India’s Omnibus of healthcare services, powering it up with technology, and then making it conveniently available on smartphones and computer screens for everybody. The IT platform & APP are already launched. The platform involves the care seekers at every stage – from evaluation of the problem, and diagnostics, to a selection of healthcare providers, even care & medicine delivery as well. Healthcare seekers have a wider choice to make from the curated information. The platform is set to become a unique personal health companion.
SHIFT TIMING:
- 08:00 AM to 04:00 PM & 12:00 PM to 08:00 PM
NEED SKILLS:
- The candidate should graduate in any stream
- Good communication skills & client handling ability
- Pleasant personality
- Must have a minimum of 01-03 as CSE / Customer Support Associate (healthcare industry experience will be preferred)
- Good at excel
- Team management experience
- Customer relationship management
CANDIDATES WITH THE FOLLOWING ARE PREFERABLE:
- Experience in Customer handling in industry E-Commerce / Healthcare industry
- Good communication skills (Mandatory)
- Ready to take the challenge of a new assignment as decided by management
- Candidate to be ready for work on rotational shift (Shift will be changed every 15 days)
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Customer handling
- Solve the queries of customers related to their product
- Coordinating with other departments
