We are seeking a Sales Coordinator for our Delhi office. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the sales team by coordinating and assisting with sales activities. Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience in sales coordination or a related role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially advanced Excel skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
• Knowledge of sales and customer service principles
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
• Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred

Roles and Responsibilities

• Support the sales team in coordinating and assisting with sales activities
• Prepare and send quotations to customers
• Generate proforma invoices and sales orders
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and fulfillment
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports
• Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information
• Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
• Assist in organizing sales events and promotional activities
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and campaigns
