Roles and Responsibilities:

 Identifying and mapping all current and upcoming project sites within the assigned

towns and territories.

 Scouting and visiting these project sites proactively to meet the builders promoters regularly.

 Maintaining active contact with these builders/promoters

 Identifying and mapping key influencers of the projects like Decision Maker,

Architects, Engineers, etc.

 Communicating USPs of brand clearly.

 Ensuring seamless connect for physical product demo to builder/promoters.

 Achieve goals and targets in terms of reach, leads and converted sales.

 The chosen candidates should be able to fulfill laid-down KPIs. Domain knowledge in the construction industry is necessary.


Requirements

 Mobility: 2-wheeler essential.

 Interested candidates should have at least two years of B2B

 selling experience in the building materials or construction

 industry, like paints, cement, bath-fillings, tiles, etc.

 Proven track record working as a B2B sales representative.

 Experience in developing new account through cold calling.

 Experience in probing and understanding customer requirement.

 Good verbal and communication skills. Must be well versed in local language and

dialects.

 Comfortable with use of technology (tablet, mobile phone-based apps), etc.

 Educational Level: Graduates

 Age: under 28 years.
