Job Title: Sr. Sales Manager
Experience: 5 to 9 years
Location: Hyderabad and Vizag (On-site)
Notice Period: Upto 30 days
Roles and responsibilities:
- Responsible for meeting Monthly & Quarterly Sales targets for rooftop solar system sales in the MSME segment
- Candidate is expected to generate leads themselves and convert it to orders. In addition, they need to ensure that all marketing leads are followed up.
- Provide clear explanation to clients about owning solar systems, and how it will work technically with the rest of their set-up as well.
- Ability to explain detailed financial calculations to clients to support the purchase of the solar systems. Return on Investment, Break-Even, Cash flows with and without financing, Accelerated depreciation, etc.
- Generate Techno-Commercial proposal with the help of the design and engineering team
- Support Operations Team with client and project-related information Daily reporting to AGM Sales as per company process
- Ensure payment from clients is being collected on time against every project milestone
Requirements :
· Candidates should have B2B Sales experience preferably in the MSME segment from the solar sector. Other industry segments such as Diesel generators, Electrical Panels, Industrial pumps, and motors, etc. can also be considered
· Prior solar experience is a plus
· Prior experience in building a channel sales network is a plus
· Educational requirement: Graduation in any discipline
Skills expected:
· Networking and relationship management with clients
· Good negotiation skills
· Proficient in using MS Office and writing emails
Additional:
Comfortable traveling Regularly within an approximate radius of 200 Km
Minimum 1 year of experience in Managing a team.
Proficient in Local language.
