Role: Lead React Native Developer

Location: Pune (on-site)

Experience: 5 - 9 Years

Notice Period: Immediate - 15 days

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of junior developers, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Collaborate with developers to design and implement software solutions using React Native.
• Set up a React native application along with all the deployment processes.
• Solve all the 0 to 1 problems associated with building and productionizing an app from scratch.
• Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to developers to ensure high-quality code.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in React Native development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on React Native.
• Experience leading and mentoring junior developers.
• Experience with webpack automation.
• Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and other SDLC processes is a must.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Requirements:

• Native development experience on either iOS or Android
• A react native app already in production with a significant number of downloads
• Experience with Unit Testing frameworks for react native
• Minimum 4 years of experience with Unit Testing frameworks for react native
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Team Handling.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with webpack automation.
