Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in customer success or account management
- Experience with the SaaS industry is a must
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to resolve issues.
- Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and NPS/CSAT scores.
- Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize competing demands.
- Knowledge of SaaS products and technology preferred.
- Hands-on experience in Stakeholder Management
