Requirements
a) Min 3 years working experience in Banking/NBFC/Fintech, training, and quality domain
b) Good Team Management Skills
c) Ability to strategize and improve processes and systems
d) Operational knowledge of documentation and security creation in respect of loan accounts.
e) Internal and External stakeholder management
f) Master from any business school preferred
g) Excellent communication and presentation skills
Must-Have Skills
a) Customer Service, Excellent communication skills, Excellent interpersonal skills, Quality auditing, Team Management
