Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Lead complete cycle of business acquisition, service delivery and business expansion for entire customer segment
  • Revenue pipeline management through the increase of wallet share with the existing customers and through the acquisition of new customers in the defined industry segment.
  • Proactively build and maintain trusted client relationships through effective solutions and ensuring the delivery of high quality service.
  • Strategically formulate an account plan to provide clients needs-based solutions, structure appropriate business mix and ensure the targeted profitability for each account within the permissible credit limit.
  • Partner effectively with internal stakeholders to deliver effective clients solutions.
