Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated Store Executive to join our team. As a Store Executive, you will be responsible for managing the inventory, organizing and maintaining the store, and ensuring smooth store operations. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


Qualifications and Skills

  • 1-3 years of experience as a Store Executive or similar role
  • Proven track record in managing store inventory and operations
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer-oriented with a passion for providing exceptional service
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others
  • Proficient in using computer programs and inventory management systems
  • Knowledge of agricultural products and equipment is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent, additional certification in store management is a plus


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Optimize, Implement and Maintain Inventory norms for all Goods.
  • Inventory classification into Fast moving, slow moving, nonmoving & ABC analysis.
  • Working with supervisors to improve staff performance
  • Find out the shortages against new orders received from the marketing dept. & co-ordinate the same with Supply chain.
  • Periodic reporting of Inventory (Non-moving, slow moving and dead stock).
  • Maintain the shortage/availiblity of materials and consume material(batch wise).
  • Issue material for production with FIFO system
  • Implementing SOP's for the warehouse
  • Implement & maintain 5S in store
  • MIS Report Updation on daily basis.
