Job Title: Quality Audit and Technical Manager for Subcontractors

Role Purpose: Ensure the required product quality before reaching the customer and maintain a quality and reliable system of subcontractors producing components and products for the company. This includes managing the quality control system, process control, and final inspection within the organization, improving and streamlining these processes, and providing efficient and effective quality control services to various departments. Additionally, establish and maintain deep working relationships with subcontractors and provide technical support to ensure the quality of products and components produced.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Manage the inspection system, including quality control employees.
2. Manage non-conformities within various departments, the MRB system, and quarantine warehouses.
3. Handle non-conformities with external suppliers, demanding and receiving corrective actions.
4. Develop and implement a quality strategy across different departments.
5. Manage and mobilize quality inspectors as per system requirements.
6. Produce quality reports, non-quality reports, and process control documentation.
7. Conduct supplier audits as per the Vice President of Quality's requirements.
8. Conduct internal audits in coordination with the Vice President of Quality.
9. Lead SPC processes in departments and perform statistical analyses.
10. Create and maintain deep familiarity with existing and potential subcontractors for producing parts and assemblies.
11. Provide technical support to subcontractors and within the company regarding subcontractor issues.
12. Early identification and resolution of quality issues at suppliers.
13. Identify and address bottlenecks between procurement, engineering, and quality control.
14. Locate suitable subcontractors for specific parts sent to external production.
15. Evaluate and recommend new subcontractors or the removal of existing ones from the supplier network.
16. Participate in audits for subcontractor suppliers.
17.  Providing technical support to the company for products, tools, fixtures, and machines.

Required Outputs:

1. Perform inspections (acceptance, process, final) within defined times without production and shipment delays.
2. Manage the MRB system, including regular reports.
3. Manage quarantine warehouses, including regular reports.
4. Produce required quality reports as per the Vice President of Quality's request.
5. Ensure product compliance with quality requirements.
6. Supply all ordered items from subcontractors in the required quality and on time.
