Post / Role Definition: Implementation Drawing Engineer

Reporting to: Manager

Role Partners: Irrigation Designers, Implementation staff, Draftsman’s

Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India

Required Dexterity:

· Ability to use 3D software such as Inventor for modeling Solid part, Assembly & Drawing.

· Ability of handling ipart , iassembly & tube & pipe in Inventor.

· Acquaintance and experience with AutoCAD drafting.

· Advantage – Basic knowledge of Pump, valves (Solenoid & Hydraulic) & pipes (Stainless steel, PVC & PE).

· Manage and Acquaintance with Cad Design Software’s (Inventor & Autocad).

· Dexterity and manage in English.

· Accuracy and Strictness in drawings.

· Multi-tasking - simultaneously work with several jobs / tasks

Required education, knowledge and Training:

· Diploma/Degree in the Mechanical Engineering

· Practical Experience of 1-2 years at least in Inventor.

Generality Assignments breakdown:

· Understand collection data, Final Irrigation map drawing & prepare a Irrigation room drawing, Valve cluster drawing, Flushing end-line & Lateral connection drawing in Inventor.

· Coordination with Project team (Designer, Implementation and Draftsman) from the Detailed Characterization to the Final Design.

· Responsibility for showing the BOM (Bill of Materials) on drawing.

Mandatory Software to be known:

· Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD.

· Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
