Organization, and Skill Development Initiatives)

Position: General Manager - Agribusiness

Location: 2nd Floor, Guru, Tower C, Guru Ravidas Marg, Balaji Estate, Kalkaji, New Delhi,

Delhi 110019

Key Responsibilities:

 Oversee the development and execution of strategies for organic farming, Farmer

Producer Organizations (FPOs), and skill development programs.

 Lead initiatives to promote sustainable agricultural practices and organic farming

methods.

 Collaborate with stakeholders to strengthen FPOs and enhance their market linkages.

 Drive skill development programs for farmers, ensuring the adoption of best practices

and technologies.

 Monitor and analyse agribusiness trends, ensuring compliance with regulatory

standards.

 Build partnerships with government agencies, NGOs, and agribusiness networks.

 Manage budgets, ensure efficient resource allocation, and oversee project execution.

Requirements:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness Management, or related

fields.

 8 to 10yrs of experience in organic farming, FPO management, and rural

development.

 Strong understanding of sustainable farming, market linkages, and policy frameworks.

 Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

 Manage the respective teams.

 Business development in Govt. and Private sector

 Build skill development team

 Should have knowledge and experience in CSR initiatives and Consultancy Services.
