Job Description:

 Bulk marketing of organic products directly from producers

 Prepare a short and long term marketing vision for the company

 Prepare requisite database / statistics for each product in respect of season wise

availability of organic products, quality, quantity, pricing

 Coordinate with field staff for availability of products

 Finding buyers for bulk products

 Arrange procurement, transportation etc to supply the products to buyers

 Preparation of marketing strategy for each product with budget well in advance

 Interact with all the organic processing units, buyer

 Generation of TC in coordination with organic team

 Any other work as assigned by the management

Qualification and Skill:

 A MBA in marketing, business or any other relevant field

 Sound understanding of marketing fundamentals and tactics

 Creative thinking and problem-solving ability

 Leadership and project management skills

 Knowledge of digital marketing and social media marketing strategies

 Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills

 Proficiency with marketing tools and software

Experience:

 2-3 years’ experience in marketing of organic product
